About the Role
The Multimedia Designer is a full-time, on-site role responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual and multimedia assets to support school communications, classroom materials, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating graphics for print and digital platforms.
- Designing web-friendly visuals.
- Developing multimedia content such as presentations and simple animations.
- Collaborating with academic and administrative teams to translate educational concepts into engaging visual formats.
- Supporting event-related design needs.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all media.
- Managing design files.
- Coordinating with external vendors when needed.
- Meeting project timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in video production, including basic scripting, shooting, and editing for educational and promotional use.
- Ability to create high-quality graphics and graphic design materials for print and digital platforms.
- Experience with web design principles and designing visual assets optimized for websites and online learning tools.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Strong multimedia skills, including experience creating and integrating audio, video, and interactive content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with educators and staff.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an educational or learning-focused environment is an advantage.
