The Crown and Palm Group is hiring a Marketing Campaign Trainee to support charity-focused campaigns in the Miami area. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in marketing, fundraising, and campaign development while working with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns for nonprofit clients in retail and event-based environments
• Engage with the public to promote charitable initiatives and increase awareness
• Support donor acquisition by guiding individuals through the contribution process
• Learn how to manage campaign performance and track daily results
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership and team development
• Travel locally to various retail locations and events throughout the Miami area
