About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site International Sales role based in Gurgaon, OH. The International Sales professional will manage and grow global accounts, identify new market opportunities, and support distributors and partners in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow global accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Support distributors and partners in assigned regions.
- Handle inquiries from international customers.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate order processing with internal teams.
- Ensure timely shipment and documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research.
- Participate in trade shows or industry events as needed.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the international sales process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- International Sales skills.
- Experience in developing and managing global customer accounts.
- International Trade and International Business skills.
- Familiarity with export documentation, incoterms, pricing, and global market dynamics.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation abilities are advantageous.
- Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or glove manufacturing is beneficial.
