Key Responsibilities
- Support overall product/merchandise operation and management
- Support product launch planning and execution
- Manage data including product information, pricing, and promotions
- Derive insights through market and competitor analysis
- Collect customer feedback and organize product improvement suggestions
- Support product strategy execution by collaborating with marketing and sales teams
- Monitor product performance (KPIs) and prepare reports
Qualifications
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Communication skills to collaborate smoothly with various departments
- Korean and English communication ability
- New graduates welcome
Salary Range
$45,000 - $50,000
