About the Role
The Food and Beverage Server is a full-time, on-site role focused on providing guests with a welcoming environment and a curated food and beverage experience. This role involves contributing to a culture of professionalism, respect, and collaboration, valuing reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests.
- Present menus.
- Answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
- Make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
- Process payments.
- Handle guest concerns professionally.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Work closely with other team members to create a seamless and positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Food Service skills.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings, including basic menu items, ingredients, and serving standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliability.
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to carry trays or items safely.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
