About the Role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Package Consultant to specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions. This role involves guiding clients through business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption, utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions to address clients' business needs.
• Execute system testing, user acceptance, and change management for successful implementation and user adoption.
• Provide client-facing support throughout the entire process, from business analysis to user adoption.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• Develop training programs to ensure successful user adoption and long-term usage of implemented solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.
• Application of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• Experience executing system testing, user acceptance, and change management.
• Understanding of business analysis to develop tailored solutions.
• Experience working within a software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• Integration Experience with Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Advanced LWC Knowledge.
• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology.
