Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential for business building.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of putting customers first.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition to grow the business and foster personal success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management experience.
• Leadership experience can include organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics, or military service.
• Availability to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States, and no work authorization sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Not having interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
