About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B Pharm Graduate at the Sun Pharma Devas facility in Indore. The role involves supporting production operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production operations, including dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records (BMRs).
• Assist in maintaining documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for in-process checks.
• Monitor equipment and record process parameters.
• Report deviations.
• Support the implementation of process improvements.
• Work in shifts as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in training related to regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Strong academic foundation in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, and pharmacology.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, and basic regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with SOPs, batch records, and documentation practices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in documentation.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards in a controlled production environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coordinate with production, QA, QC, and maintenance teams.
• Basic computer literacy for handling documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to fast-paced, highly regulated operations.
• Prior internship or training experience in a pharmaceutical plant is preferred but not mandatory.
