About the Role

The Store Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle care needs, and guiding them through available detailing services and packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front area.
• Handle billing.
• Track basic inventory of products and supplies.
• Support service scheduling.
• Coordinate with detailing technicians.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Full-time, on-site role in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Loyalty, with the ability to build positive, long-term relationships.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain services, pricing, and processes.
• Experience or aptitude in Retail Sales, with the ability to recommend suitable service packages and close sales responsibly.
• Basic Store Management skills, including organizing the store area, monitoring stock, and supporting daily operational tasks.
• Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and order in a service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Gurugram, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Prior experience in automotive services, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or customer service is beneficial.
