About the Role
Xspace & Co. is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to transform properties, projects, locations, and real estate insights into compelling digital experiences. You will create content across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms, encompassing property walkthroughs, project explainers, location videos, educational content, drone-led visuals, and short-form storytelling. This role blends creativity with research, requiring close collaboration with the Xspace team to ensure content accuracy and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Develop concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards for property content.
- Appear confidently on camera and present property-related information.
- Visit projects, properties, and locations for content production.
- Produce property walkthroughs and project-focused videos.
- Create educational content around property buying, investment, and verification.
- Create location-focused content covering connectivity, infrastructure, lifestyle, and development.
- Collaborate on drone, cinematic, and immersive property content.
- Work with verified project information and communicate it accurately.
- Help create content for buyers, investors, and NRIs exploring properties remotely.
- Edit videos and maintain Xspace & Co.'s visual and communication standards.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve storytelling and formats.
- Collaborate with the wider Xspace content ecosystem and Creator Partner Network.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to research and understand property information.
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Interest in real estate, architecture, business, technology, or Hyderabad's growth.
- Ability to turn complex information into simple, engaging content.
- Willingness to travel to properties and locations around Hyderabad.
