About the Role

Generative AI is transforming advertising production. This role requires a Senior GenAI Video Creator to transform the potential of GenAI into polished, client-ready video content. You will join a global creative and production team, editing existing video and creating fully generated content for various platforms. Your post-production skills and GenAI expertise will be crucial in meeting client creative ambition, production standards, and commercial targets. You will collaborate with producers, establish quality benchmarks, and share knowledge to elevate the team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and finish video content using GenAI tools alongside Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Modify existing video assets and produce entirely generated content for diverse platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with producers to translate briefs into deliverables that align with client expectations, production values, and deadlines.
• Evaluate emerging GenAI tools and recommend their adoption.
• Develop hybrid workflows combining traditional post-production with generative techniques.
• Conduct quality assurance on all video footage and outputs prior to delivery.
• Optimize video for web delivery, applying knowledge of compression and encoding.
• Identify opportunities for increased speed and scale in production without compromising quality.
• Understand and consistently apply individual client brand and quality requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to clarify requirements and minimize rework.
• Share techniques and guidance to foster skill development within the wider team.
• Make decisions regarding technique, tooling, and quality for projects, and proactively raise potential risks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in image and video generative AI tools and workflows.
• A portfolio showcasing GenAI video work for a variety of clients.
• Strong understanding of video compression and optimization for web.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach.
• Understanding of global brand standards.
• Professional proficiency in English.
