Key Responsibilities

• Perform account maintenance services, including account opening, KYC, account closure, deceased customer processing, and US legal order processing.
• Support core banking operations, including payments, such as managing customer accounts, processing transactions, handling deposits and withdrawals, and facilitating payments (e.g., SWIFT, EFT).
• Ensure smooth and efficient banking services for customers, crucial for financial stability and customer trust.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security measures.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Make decisions that impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• Function as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work.
