Operations Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, collect information, maintain databases and prepare accurate reports.
• Support documentation, presentations, record management and routine administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, track project deliverables and follow up on assigned actions.
• Assist with email drafting, meeting notes, events, webinars and programmes as required.
• Suggest process improvements and complete additional assignments allocated by the reporting manager or department head.

Requirements

• Suitable for candidates with 0 years of experience who are currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, collaborate effectively and maintain a professional attitude.

Success will be measured through timely and accurate task completion, quality of deliverables, effective stakeholder coordination, initiative and accountability.

The role reports to the assigned manager or department head and is based in Gurgaon, Haryana.
