Key Responsibilities

• Processing and matching invoices
• Preparing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Communicating with vendors and internal teams
• Supporting month-end finance activities
• Assisting with audits and wider finance projects
• Learning how a busy corporate finance function operates

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications

• A recent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related subject
• Good communication skills and confidence speaking with different people across the business
• Strong attention to detail and good organisation
• Comfortable working with numbers
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience is not required.
