Entry Level Systems Engineer

About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking entry-level graduates eager to learn and develop their skills within a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to the development of unmanned aerial systems capable of terminal guidance, long-range intelligence collection, precision navigation, and unsupervised autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architectures.
• Design and maintain system components in complex system environments.
• Document software engineering processes and practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelors Degree in STEM (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, Physics, Computer Science or other relevant engineering discipline).
• A passion for systems design and engineering.
• Demonstrated ownership and impact from internships, side projects, etc.
• A go-getter mentality who is eager to learn.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, or other relevant engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with complex robotic systems.
• Familiarity with IP-Based networks.
• Familiarity with air vehicle systems, ground systems, or command-and-control systems.
