Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for new Bachpan Play School franchise opportunities.
• Connect with prospective franchise partners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Explain the franchise business model, benefits, and requirements to interested prospects.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in converting leads into successful franchise partnerships.
• Maintain lead databases and update daily follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with prospective franchisees.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
• Support the company's expansion plans across India.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA graduates; freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
