About the Role

• Role: Video Production Intern / Visual Storyteller Intern
• Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Identify content opportunities across every stage — pre-event buzz, live moments, and post-event wrap-ups — and know why each shot matters.
• Own the entire video lifecycle — from ideation, scripting, shooting to post-production and final delivery.
• Show up for every office event, phone/camera in hand, ready to make it look good.
• Roam freely, talk to people, and capture the buzzing culture.
• Edit fast and edit well — reels, recaps, highlights — optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics, tone, and visual identity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Has a sharp eye for framing, lighting, and moments.
• Is comfortable with a camera and an edit timeline.
• Knows their way around Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar tools.
• Stays current with video trends, platform best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and editing tools.
• Is proactive, collaborative, and genuinely loves storytelling through visuals.
