Biolume Skin Science Pvt Ltd operates in the cosmetic and skincare industry, creating customer-focused solutions and experiences. The company is looking for a confident Telecaller to support customer engagement and contribute to business growth from its Noida location.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and explain cosmetic and skincare products clearly.
• Respond to customer enquiries, understand their needs, share accurate information, and guide them toward suitable offerings.
• Maintain call records, update customer information, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the sales team.
• Meet assigned calling and follow-up targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.
• Escalate complex questions or service concerns to the appropriate internal team and help ensure timely resolution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and basic objection-handling skills.
• Interest in the cosmetic or skincare industry and willingness to learn about products.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable working full time from the Noida office.
