About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Student role based in Varanasi. The Graduate Student will support project teams in AI and software product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with research, data analysis, documentation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product specialists.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Contribute to prototypes or proof-of-concept work aligned with smartCareAI™ and smartAgenticAI™ initiatives.
• Learn and apply best practices in interoperability, governance, and platform design.
• Participate in internal reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Help coordinate tasks and track progress.
• Maintain clear communication with mentors and cross-functional team members.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational skills in software development or data-related work (e.g., programming basics, data handling, or familiarity with AI/ML concepts).
• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and present technical and business information clearly.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and effective collaboration.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A learning mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt to new tools, methodologies, and evolving project requirements.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a graduate program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in AI-first platforms, digital products, and regulated or complex environments (such as healthcare, logistics, or fintech) will be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi.
