About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Round Rock, TX, designed for F-1 OPT and STEM OPT candidates interested in Information Technology and software career paths.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Network Administration and Network Security skills.
• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills.
• Customer Service and communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux or macOS) and common enterprise tools.
• Ability to follow technical procedures, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or cybersecurity concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• F-1 visa status with valid OPT or STEM OPT authorization and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
