Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and energetic Event Management Intern to join our core operations team in Gurugram. This is a hands-on, paid internship designed to give you end-to-end exposure to corporate event production—from initial client pitch decks and technical venue layout planning to vendor coordination, live, and on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Operations & Event Execution:
  • Support the core operations team during live event setups, staging, booth fabrications, and AV teardowns at premier venues (e.g., Yashobhoomi, Bharat Mandapam, corporate convention centers).
  • Assist in tracking real-time setup checklists, site crews, and logistics using project management software.
  • Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate daily communications with technical crews, AV partners, fabricators, print suppliers, and artists.
  • Help compile vendor onboarding kits, standard agreements, and procurement compliance documents.
  • Pitch & Client Proposal Support:
  • Assist in assembling polished client proposal decks, cost estimates, and pitch presentations.
  • Conduct venue research, vendor sourcing, and corporate market intelligence gathering across NCR.
  • Guest Experience & Hospitality Management:
  • Help manage delegate registration desks, badge printing systems, and VIP hospitality during corporate summits.
  • Maintain post-event operational reports and invoice tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight event deadlines.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours during active event days, attend on-site setups, and travel locally across Delhi NCR.
  • Preferred: Prior experience/internship in corporate events, booth design, vendor management, or Asana/ClickUp tools is a plus.
