Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial-minded Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence, develop marketing strategies, build customer relationships, and help establish VanaraSpices as a recognizable spice brand. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for VanaraSpices.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, reels, videos, promotional campaigns, and brand stories.
• Develop SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimize Amazon marketplace marketing campaigns.
• Develop Google Ads and social media advertising strategies.
• Build brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Identify potential B2B customers, wholesale buyers, distributors, and international spice buyers.
• Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign results.
• Develop innovative strategies to increase sales and expand the VanaraSpices brand.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online branding.
• Experience with Canva, video editing, and content creation tools.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace advertising is an advantage.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Business development and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Ability to work with targets and measurable outcomes.
• Degree doesn't matter.
