Role: Communication Skills Trainer

About the Role

Trainify360 delivers high-impact corporate training programs. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on communication, presentation, and soft skills for corporate participants. The trainer will facilitate workshops, role-plays, and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs.
• Create customized content and training materials.
• Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align training objectives.
• Maintain training records.
• Continuously refine programs based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Soft Skills for effective facilitation and learner engagement.
• Solid Presentation Skills to deliver clear, impactful, and structured training sessions.
• Expertise in Training & Development to design curricula, manage sessions, and measure learning outcomes.
• Knowledge of Life Skills to help participants enhance professional behavior, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in corporate training or L&D, particularly in communication and soft skills.
• Relevant skills such as curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and adult learning principles.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Certification in training, L&D, or communication.
• Additional regional language skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client assignments.
