Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management
• Provide daily oversight and direction of warehouse operations (picking, packing, and line fulfillment).
• Ensure stock cycle counting and physical inventory activities are performed according to guidelines, procedures, FP&A planning, and statutory closing calendar.
• Create and maintain efficient, sustainable processes, including reporting and management tools, to bring visibility to the root causes of returns, ensure policy adherence, and drive cost savings and customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence
• Manage warehouse automation project, implementation, and daily operation/maintenance (RFID).
• Assess existing and future organizational requirements to determine the optimal logistic strategy and warehouse footprint.
• Working with the management team, generate the annual 3-strategy for the warehouse, looking for continuous improvement in the key metric of cost as a percent of sales to leverage investment as we grow.
• Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data, and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate the cause.
• Use Cx tools to establish approval criteria to ensure the identification of quality failure concerns for both internal and external manufactured parts and assemblies.
• Cx Pilot for Warehouse Operations
• Ensure Cx tools implementation in cell as Pilot.
