About the Role

Narsingh Dass Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive to be based in Central Delhi. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s range of tissue paper, packaging boards, and specialty papers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Managing existing customer relationships.
• Promoting the company’s range of tissue paper, packaging boards, and specialty papers.
• Conducting market research.
• Supporting market planning.
• Designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Conducting client meetings.
• Following up with clients.
• Preparing proposals and quotations.
• Tracking sales performance.
• Coordinating with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Reporting on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Sales skills with a proven ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve targets.
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, negotiations, and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in paper, packaging, or industrial raw materials, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
