About the Role
- Join W3Global as an Associate Recruiter specializing in US Legal Staffing.
- Location: Kothaguda/Begumpet.
- Work Timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST.
- Salary Range: 3.6 LPA (Negotiable up to 4.6 LPA based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives up to 24 Lakhs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete End-to-End Recruitment lifecycle.
- Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Law firms, Corporate Legal departments, Government agencies, and other organizations requiring Legal expertise across the US market.
- Target the most qualified candidates and screen resumes to identify potential matches for roles such as Litigation Attorney, Corporate Attorney, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Personal Injury Attorney, Case Manager (Legal), Intellectual Property (IP) Attorney.

- Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- 0-1 years of experience in contract management, legal documentation, or international Voice process.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
- Having a good understanding of Sourcing tools, Job boards, LinkedIn RPS is a plus.
