Project Process Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Professional to support process improvement initiatives, optimize production operations, and drive measurable results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
• Investigate complex operational and production challenges to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Utilize engineering principles and analytical techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Lead studies to evaluate process, project, and operational impacts.
• Process Development & Optimization
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes based on engineering specifications and technical documentation.
• Support the implementation of new processes and production improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand process requirements and optimize operational performance.
• Monitor process effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and operational teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with counterparts across multiple locations to share best practices and understand process changes.
• Support knowledge transfer and standardization of successful improvement initiatives.
• Project Management
• Coordinate and support production-related projects from planning through implementation.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Assist in maintaining production goals related to efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Performance Analysis
• Analyze production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations based on performance metrics and operational objectives.
• Support initiatives that improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall process capability.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-6 years of relevant engineering, manufacturing, process improvement, or operational experience.
• Internship, co-op, or hands-on industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
• Project coordination and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

• Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
