Human Resources Intern

About the Role

The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations at The Reel Store, a content-driven marketing agency. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad offers exposure to HR practices in a dynamic marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities:
• Screening resumes
• Scheduling interviews
• Coordinating candidate communication
• Help maintain employee records.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Gather feedback.
• Support HR documentation and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to support their implementation and communication.
• Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with team members at different levels.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR-related software is a plus).
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, content-focused agency environment.
