About the Role

This hybrid role focuses on delivering high-quality support for cards and payments operations within a global organization. It requires strong communication and analytical skills, utilizing English fluency, MS Office, and MS Excel expertise to analyze data, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement in commercial and consumer lending environments for business and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cards and payments processing activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions while adhering to internal standards and external regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders through clear spoken English communication to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain transparent status reporting for cards and payments initiatives.
• Prepare detailed operational and performance reports in MS Excel using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts to support data-driven decision-making for process optimization.
• Maintain organized documentation using MS Office tools to capture procedures, process maps, and operational guidelines that support consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor transaction data for anomalies and trends using spreadsheet analysis to identify potential risks, errors, or process gaps within cards and payments workflows.
• Collaborate with technology and operations partners to define functional needs for enhancements in cards and payments systems that improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Support commercial and consumer lending stakeholders by analyzing payment patterns and account data, helping to refine credit operations and downstream financial reporting.
• Execute operational controls and checks within cards and payments activities to ensure compliance with finance and accounting principles and organizational policies.
• Optimize daily routines by using MS Excel templates and automation features that reduce manual effort and improve data quality across multiple payment streams.
• Respond to operational queries and incidents in a structured and timely manner, documenting root causes and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence in cards and payments processes.
• Participate in hybrid model collaboration routines by attending onsite and virtual meetings, ensuring effective communication across teams in different locations and time zones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing enhancements based on data insights, user feedback, and industry practices in the cards and payments and lending domains.
• Support training and onboarding activities by preparing clear documentation, checklists, and reference materials that help new team members quickly adapt to cards and payments operations.

Qualifications

• Possess eight to ten years of professional experience.
