Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend appropriate courses.
- Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly admission targets.
- Detail course curriculum, fees, training methodology, and placement support.
- Maintain consistent communication through follow-ups with prospective students.
- Keep accurate records of lead details, CRM entries, and admission documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the admission process.
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in counseling, sales, admissions, or customer handling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- A sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Experience in EdTech, educational counseling, or education sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to build rapport with students and provide effective guidance.
