About the Role
Ajay Kumar and Associates (AKA) is looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and curious individual to join their Business Development team in Chennai. This is a work-from-office role.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Connect with business leaders through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research companies, industries, and markets.
- Start conversations, build relationships, and schedule business meetings.
- Explore different ways to generate leads and open new opportunities.
- Share ideas, take initiative, and work on new business development activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable thinking in different directions.
- Open to learning new things, tools, technologies, and business concepts.
- Willing to experiment, take responsibility, and get things moving.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience is good, but the right attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn are prioritized.
