Graphic Design Intern

About the Role

The Graphic Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets that bring startup stories to life across digital channels. This is an internship role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing social media graphics.
• Designing marketing collateral.
• Designing visuals for articles and campaigns.
• Assisting with logo variations and brand refreshes.
• Collaborating with content and marketing teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging designs aligned with Startup Story®’s brand identity.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support identity development and consistency across platforms.
• Proficiency in Image Editing and related tools to optimize and adapt visuals for various digital formats.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, work collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and digital media.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
