Claims Adjuster Trainee

About the Role

Network Adjusters is seeking motivated Claims Adjuster Trainees to join our offices in Denver, CO and Farmingdale, NY. This is a desk-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead claim investigations, including securing testimony and coordinating experts to determine liability and claim value.
• Evaluate claims against insurance contracts to interpret policy application and prepare professional correspondence summarizing coverage and liability analysis.
• Utilize conflict resolution and customer service skills to communicate claim decisions.
• Work independently on claim investigations while collaborating with team members.
• Negotiate settlements within assigned authority.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to learn and apply policy interpretation and claims investigation principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with standard business software and office technology is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in building a career in insurance claims handling.
