About the Role
The Product Validation and Test Engineering Intern will support the Product Validation Team by assisting with equipment testing activities, data collection, test preparation, vehicle instrumentation, inspection of test units, and documentation of test results. This role provides hands-on exposure to off-highway construction equipment and the product development process while helping the team efficiently execute validation programs. The intern will contribute to gathering accurate performance data, maintaining test operations, and supporting engineers and technicians in delivering reliable, high-quality products to CNH customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with equipment testing activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
- Candidates must be local to the Burlington, IA area and reside within driving distance for daily onsite attendance.

Qualifications
- Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree.
