About the Role
- Position: Fresher - Customer Care Executive
- Domain: Travel
- Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (US Shift)
- Training: 3 months of training will be provided.
- Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries
- Provide professional and effective customer support through calls
- Interact with customers and understand their requirements
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts and adapt to business requirements

- Good English communication skills
- Ability to confidently interact with customers
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Maintain a positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
