About the Role
Tester Work is a global crowdtesting platform seeking curious individuals to join their QA testing community across Hawaii. This role offers flexible, remote freelance work with no fixed hours or long-term commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify apps and websites function as expected (Functional Testing).
- Complete real-life tasks and provide feedback on user experience (Usability Testing).
- Discover bugs and unexpected issues from a user's perspective (Exploratory Testing).
- Test banking and financial app features, including onboarding, payments, and customer journeys (Banking & Financial App Testing).
- Improve identity verification experiences using eligible identity documents when required (Identity Verification & KYC Testing).
- Ensure products feel natural for Hawaii-based users (Localization Testing).
- Gain early access to new applications before their public release (Beta & New Product Testing).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must live in Hawaii.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Own a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Enjoy technology.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Qualifications
- No previous QA experience is required.
- Ability to create a Tester Work profile.
- Willingness to sign an NDA.
- Ability to add devices and basic details to your profile.
