About the Role
Love's Truck Care Cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean areas, and provide friendly service. They offer fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers. Flexibility and teamwork are important as duties may vary based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect them with service specialists.
- Balance a cash register, complete customer transactions, and offer additional sales opportunities.
- Accurately input work order information into the POS system and verify services performed.
- Collect and close out pending invoices.
- Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders.
- Perform customer area and restroom maintenance, including cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning mirrors and doors, servicing trash cans, and wiping counters, doors, and windows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- POS system
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
