Junior E-Commerce Operations Executive

About the Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of online orders at Delco Shoes.
• Ideal opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is organised, responsible, comfortable working on computers and eager to learn how e-commerce operations work.
• Role involves coordinating with warehouse and store teams, ensuring orders are packed and dispatched on time, maintaining order records and helping resolve routine dispatch-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate online orders to ensure timely dispatch.
• Check stock availability with warehouse and store teams.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and courier handovers.
• Track order status and flag dispatch delays promptly.
• Follow up with courier partners regarding pickups and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and order management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock and order-related discrepancies.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable coordinating with warehouse, store and courier teams.
• Able to work from our office in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.
• Candidates residing in Delhi and nearby areas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresher or candidate with 0–2 year of experience.
• Internship or experience in e-commerce, logistics or warehouse operations (Good to Have).
• Basic knowledge of online order processing or courier platforms (Good to Have).
