About the Role

The Retail Sales Officer opportunity is part of a company-sponsored training and employment program for a reputed organization in the retail jewelry industry. Selected candidates will undergo approximately 15–30 days of classroom-based training, with accommodation and meals provided at no cost during the training period. Upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of applicable selection requirements, candidates will have the opportunity to join the client organization as Retail Sales Officers at its retail locations in Delhi, Bengaluru, or Mumbai.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Hindi for Delhi.
• Proficiency in Kannada for Bengaluru.
• Proficiency in Marathi for Mumbai.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.
• Willingness to undertake a retail mathematics assessment.
• Willingness to participate in a residential classroom-based training program lasting approximately 15–30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of graduation for Delhi.
• Minimum qualification of 12th pass or equivalent for Bengaluru and Mumbai.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Interest in retail sales, customer engagement, and the jewelry industry.
• Freshers and candidates with previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience are welcome.
• Candidates from any year of passing may apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
