About the Role
- Provide outpatient medical weight loss care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine physical examinations.
- Develop medical, educational, and psychosocial treatment plans for patients.
- Coordinate patient referrals and manage continuity of care with the care team.
- Evaluate and treat conditions within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other team members to support comprehensive weight loss care.
