About the Role
Integrative Counseling Solutions (ICS) is seeking licensed therapists and residents in counseling who enjoy working independently and want to build their caseload with the support of an established practice. You determine your availability, and ICS provides client referrals, office space, and administrative support.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome Virginia-licensed LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and qualified residents under supervision. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, comfortable working independently, and committed to providing personalized, trauma-informed care.
Experience Welcome
- Individual therapy
- Couples and family counseling
- Children and adolescents
- Trauma/EMDR
- Perinatal and postpartum care
Bilingual English/Spanish therapists are especially encouraged to apply.
