Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized HR Intern to join our team at our Viman Nagar office. In this role, you will work closely with company leadership to drive high-volume talent acquisition, coordinate walk-in interview drives, manage candidate onboarding, and maintain daily HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and schedule candidates across job portals, social media channels, local databases, and walk-in drives for sales and operational roles.
• Candidate Communication: Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to evaluate candidate eligibility, communication skills, and role fitment.
• Interview & Coordination: Coordinate daily interview lineups, manage walk-in drives, and communicate venue/timing details to applicants.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Assist with candidate documentation, offer letter rollouts, and initial onboarding procedures.
• HR Operations & Database Management: Maintain candidate pipelines, interview status trackers, and employee records in internal HR systems.

Applicant Requirements

• Location: Must reside within daily commuting distance of Viman Nagar, Pune.
• Education: Pursuing or completed a BBA, MBA, or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or related fields.
• Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Must be fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Traits: Proactive, organized, high-energy, and able to thrive in a target-driven startup setting.
