About the Role

• Full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home.
• Support research and development of AI agents and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing experiments.
• Analyzing results.
• Contributing to prototypes and product features.
• Data collection and preprocessing.
• Literature review on AI and automation.
• Documentation of findings.
• Collaboration with engineering and product teams to translate research into practical applications.
• Exploring new AGI-related ideas.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participating in regular team meetings.
• Providing feedback on product improvements.
• Ensuring solutions align with TenseAi’s privacy-first principles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge of machine learning or AI (e.g., algorithms, model training, evaluation).
• Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience or coursework in data handling (e.g., data preprocessing, basic statistics, exploratory data analysis).
• Ability to conduct research, review technical literature, and summarize findings in clear written reports or presentations.
• Interest in AGI, automation, and AI agents.
• Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies quickly.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable balancing on-site and remote work in a hybrid environment.
• Prior internship, project, or research experience in AI, software development, or automation is a plus.
