Law Student Intern

About the Role

The Law Student Intern will support the firm’s advocates and consultants in day-to-day legal work across multiple practice areas. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves assisting in legal research, case law analysis, and preparation of briefs, notes, and drafts for litigation and advisory matters. The intern will help in organizing case files, preparing documents for hearings, and summarizing orders and judgments. Responsibilities may include attending client meetings and court proceedings for observation, drafting memos and correspondence under supervision, and contributing to internal knowledge repositories. The role offers exposure to civil, criminal, corporate, IP, family, employment, and consumer law, as well as arbitration and mediation, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with ongoing enrollment in an accredited LL.B or integrated law program.
• Excellent Research and Analytical Skills to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory materials.
• Clear and professional Communication and Writing abilities for drafting notes, emails, and basic legal documents.
• Commitment to ethical practice, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with standard office and legal research tools (e.g., online legal databases, MS Office).
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Prior internship experience in litigation, corporate, or related legal fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
