About the Role

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and communication-driven individuals to join our Growth & Outreach team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, understanding customer psychology, and contributing directly to business growth. You’ll work closely with the core team to expand Daily Equity’s reach, engage with potential users, and help scale our educational ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective users and explain Daily Equity’s offerings
• Drive user acquisition and community growth initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies
• Support business expansion and partnership activities
• Track engagement and performance metrics regularly

Qualifications

• Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi & English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence while interacting with new people
• Willingness to interact with new people
• Curious about stock markets (no expertise required)
• Interest in finance, startups, or creator-led businesses is a plus

Compensation

• First 2 Months (Probation): Revenue Sharing - Upto 30% (No Upper Cap)
• Base Compensation (after 2 Month Probation): Starts at ₹30,000 (Based on Performance)
