About the Role
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will interact with people, provide customer service, and maintain a clean, stocked deli area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings.
- Accurately prepare deli products according to preparation guides (e.g., salads, fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfaits).
- Utilize various methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for proper food safety.
- Potential for cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
