About The Role

The role is the starting point of the revenue engine for a B2B SaaS company selling data and workflow automation software to enterprise and mid-market buyers. The SDR owns the top of the funnel: identifying target accounts, starting conversations with sales and technical leaders, and converting interest into qualified meetings. This is a quota-carrying, metrics-driven role with a clear path to account executive. SDRs work in a team pod alongside account executives and marketing, and the pipeline they generate directly shapes the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging to generate qualified sales meetings
  • Execute high-volume outbound sequences in Outreach while maintaining personalization for enterprise personas in IT, data, and operations
  • Qualify inbound demo requests and event leads against ICP criteria before routing to account executives
  • Book 10-15+ qualified meetings per month against defined activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce — activity logs, dispositions, notes, and next steps for every touch
  • Partner with marketing to test messaging, refine target segments, and feed insights back into campaigns
  • Master the product's value proposition and competitive landscape to hold credible discovery conversations with technical and economic buyers

  • Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or customer-facing experience (internships count)

  • Coachable and resilient: actively seeks feedback, iterates quickly, and stays motivated through rejection
  • Competitive drive to hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Comfortable with CRM and sales-engagement tooling
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: prior experience selling SaaS, data, or developer-facing products; familiarity with SQL or the technical buyer's world
