About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer Intern to help us bring Flick to filmmakers, creators, and the next generation of storytellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve Flick’s core organic growth systems.
• Own experiments across SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and programmatic content.
• Identify growth opportunities through data, user behavior, and rapid experimentation.
• Work across product and engineering to turn successful experiments into repeatable growth loops.
• Explore new ways for Flick to grow within filmmaker, AI creator, and global communities.

Qualifications

• Solid engineering fundamentals and the ability to build and ship independently.
• Highly detail-oriented and care about the quality and accuracy of your work.
• Learn quickly and can get up to speed on unfamiliar systems and problems.
• Practical understanding of SEO, GEO, and organic growth, ideally with hands-on experience.
• Analytical and resourceful. Ability to identify opportunities, run experiments, and learn from results.
