Position: IT Recruiter (US Shift)
About the Role
- Location: Ashar IT Park, Thane (Wagle Estate), Mumbai (Onsite)
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Joining: Immediate to 15 days
- Transport Facility: Pickup and drop available
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in recruitment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
