About the Role

Full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a law firm practicing in Civil, Criminal, Real Estate, Banking, IBC, and IPR related matters before Civil Courts, MM Courts, Forums, Tribunals, and the Bombay High Court.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Conducting legal research
• Advising clients
• Assisting in litigation or pre-litigation processes
• Collaborating with team members
• Contributing to case strategy
• Client communication
• Attending Courts and Tribunals

Qualifications

• Practical exposure before Courts and Tribunals
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, agreements, and pleadings
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Effective client communication and advisory skills
• Graduation in law (LLB)
• Good command over the English language
